Many of you may have never heard of Ymax. You will . In a another move away form conventional phone lines Ymax has produced a product called MagicJack. You may never have heard of YMax, but you may have noticed the TV spots for its product, the MagicJack, which works with a broadband connection. It’s smaller than a cigarette pack and plugs into a PC. After plugging a regular phone into the MagicJack, the user can make and receive calls much like using a regular landline
In January, just after a advertising campaign started, YMax was selling a few hundred MagicJacks per day, said Jim Donlon, its chief marketing officer. Now, it’s selling 8,000 to 9,000 per day, and the company is on track to have half a million subscribers by the end of June.
That’s a rapid a route in the phone business, propelled by the pricing: The MagicJack costs $39.95, including one year of free calls to the U.S. and Canada. Magic Jack is on its way folks and at that price point will only get more popular

Help me Choose a New Computer , Mac or PC

As I sit here and write this post I’m wondering to myself, When are you going to get a new computer. My old trust Compaq has been good to me, but its old, slow and tired. We are similar creatures. I would like to enlist the help of my readers and visitors on helping me to choose a new computer, or maybe a laptop. I can tell you now I’m looking very hard at an iMac . It is certainly in my price range. My concern is obviously my software , but I can solve that issue by loading a copy of XP on the iMac, on a different partition. I was reading about how slow your computer takes to boot up. I can eat a sandwich and watch the news before this old thing finishes that process. So here is what I’m looking for. I have budget of $1500.00. Help me spend my money. I spend 14 hours a day on a computer, I want fast, reliable and affordable. Please leave me a comment and let me know your thoughts. I really want to know.
